1. Workshop Cancellation by Customer

Our refund policy for workshop cancellations is as follows:

• 14+ days before workshop: Full refund
• 7-13 days before workshop: 75% refund
• 3-6 days before workshop: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

2. Workshop Cancellation by HELIOVANTA

If we cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive:

• Full refund of workshop fees
• Option to transfer to another workshop date

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
